Located right near main bus stand, this hotel has all the amenities for a short stay on business or religious travel or family trip, a lot of land marks (temples, industries, floriculture greenhouses etc) are located nearby. Courteous staff.

Locational advantage makes this unique. Old hotel renovated to 2-3 star amenities, basic for a business or family stay. AC, bed & breakfast, ample car park, WiFi, coffee pot (with tea bags), restaurant with room service etc. Courteous service. Communication with staff in a variety of languages (Tamil, Kannada, English and Hindi) makes the stay convenient for making up for missing things at room (TV, passkey for WiFi, timings for early am coffee or breakfast times).

I have checked into the hotel and they gave me 1522 room no which was on the fifth floor. The moment i checked in it was good and later on we feel the room was not comfortable to stay and flush was not working on the bathroom and very rusty in all the places. Water are leaking from the top and it doesn't make sense to say a luxury hotel. Restaurant was not even picking up the call, for emergency you can not order anything. The ultimate thing was the wetness on the floor. I would not recommend to any one on this hotel. I have booked through yatra and customer care also unresponsive.

Had to travel on work to Hosur at short notice. Elected to stay here as my colleagues at work had already checked in and i was joining them. The hotel has seen better days for sure. and the suffix of a luxury hotel is an absolute misnomer. It is nowhere near it. When i arrived at the front desk late at night, there was just one guy manning the place - no other service staff around. The guy at the desk looked bored and so had his friend (didnt seem to be an employee) keeping him company. The impression created was not professional at all. I got an equivalent of an executive class room. The room size was ok but was poorly made up. The room had not been cleaned adequately. Since it was for a short stay of a few hours, i endured it. The bathroom is functional with just about adequate hygiene levels. They provide complimentary breakfast at the restaurant, the spread and quality of which was acceptable. Checkout was an elaborate process - with not a very friendly lady refusing to stamp my receipt with the hotel seal. Illogical behavior and atrocious etiquette. Should try to avoid staying if one can afford a better deal

The Hotel is situated on Bagalur Road but close to the Bus Stand. The Rooms are spacious and reasonably well maintained. The Reception staff were somewhat indifferent and they need to improve their attitude. Breakfast was provided complimentary. Although WiFi was provided, the signal strength was very poor.
